We begin with premium virgin olive oil, carefully blended with laurel berry oil in precise ratios (5%, 20%, 25%, 30% & 40%), then slow-cooked in copper cauldrons and hand-cut before months of sun-drying.

How it's made
Six Months, Four Steps.

Cold-pressed olive and laurel oils are combined with a mild alkali.

The mixture is poured by hand into wide, shallow wooden trays.

After two days, we hand-cut the sheet into bars and stamp each one.

Bars rest on wooden racks for six months, developing their gold crust.
